You then find yourself with no momentum, feeling anxious, worried, procrastinating, wondering if whatever it is you’re working on is worth your effort, a good idea or you just want to give up? Well, you’re not alone! Guess what’s happened to you?
You’ve lost your Mojo!! It’s your will power, enthusiasm, passion and BELIEF you’ve got what it takes to do the job!! Now, the question is…How do you get it back?
Before we even go there, we need to know why it happened in the first place. When you’re working toward something creative, something your heart has called you to do, you enter a state of flow. In this flow you enjoy the process and are in the moment and not up in your head. When you’re in your head you focus on the outcome and, it sound like this… “What if I don’t make money from this? What if it doesn’t work, What if nobody likes this?” We take ourselves into a scary future created by our negative mind focusing on the outcome, meaning, what you’ll be getting out of it.
